Ensalada de Coditos con Atún Ingredients 2 cups elbow macaroni ¾ cup mayonnaise ¾ cup sour cream 15 ounces canned tuna drained ½ cup diced red onion 2 teaspoons garlic salt Black pepper to taste 15 ounces mixed vegetables drained ⅓ cup chopped pickled jalapenos Juice of 1 lime Instructions Bring a pot of water to a boil and then add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Meanwhile stir the mayo, sour cream, garlic salt, lime juice, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the pickled jalapenos and red onion to the mayo mixture, and then add the tuna and veggies and stir again. Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold running water until cool. Add the drained pasta to the bowl and stir everything well. Put it in the refrigerator to chill for an hour before serving.
