Classic Greek Salad
A refreshing taste straight from Greece — simple, vibrant, and full of Mediterranean flavors.

2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced or diced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
100 g feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
10-12 Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste

Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss gently and serve immediately.

Serve with crusty bread or as a side to grilled meats or seafood
