Grilled Chicken and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
1 grilled chicken breast (sliced)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 avocado (sliced)
Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
For the Dressing:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Grill the Chicken:
Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
