 Pan Bazlama Relleno de Huevo y Queso


Ingredientes:


Para el Pan Bazlama:

- 2 tazas de harina común

- 1 cucharadita de levadura seca activa

- 1 cucharadita de azúcar

- 1/2 cucharadita de sal

- 1 taza de leche tibia

- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva


Para el Relleno:

- 6 huevos grandes

- 1 taza de queso cheddar rallado

- Sal y pimienta al gusto


Instrucciones:


1. Prepara el Pan Bazlama: En un bol grande, bate la harina, la levadura, el azúcar
y la sal. Agrega la leche tibia y el aceite de oliva y revuelve hasta formar una masa.

2. Coloca la masa sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada y amásala durante
5 a 7 minutos, o hasta que quede suave y elástica.

3. Coloca la masa en un bol engrasado, cúbrela con film transparente y déjala
leudar en un lugar cálido durante 1 hora, o hasta que duplique su tamaño.

4. Prepara el relleno: en un bol, bate los huevos, el queso cheddar, la sal y la
pimienta.

5. Arma el pan: precalienta una plancha o sartén a fuego medio.

6. Divide la masa en 6 porciones iguales. Extiende cada porción hasta formar un
círculo fino.

7. Coloca 1/6 del relleno en el centro de cada círculo.

8. Dobla los bordes de la masa sobre el relleno y pellizca para sellar.

9. Cocina el pan en la plancha precalentada durante 3 a 4 minutos por lado, o
hasta que esté dorado y bien cocido.

10. Sirve el pan tibio con tu salsa favorita.
