WOULD YOU EAT THESE LEMON GARLIC LOBSTER TAILS
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prep the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to broil. Using kitchen shears, cut down
the center of the lobster tail shells to expose the meat. Gently lift the lobster meat
out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it over the top of the shell.
This helps with even cooking.
Make the Lemon Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced
garlic, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Brush the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush the
lobster meat with the lemon garlic butter mixture.
Broil the Lobster Tails: Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 8-10 minutes, or
until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Be sure to brush the
lobster with more lemon garlic butter halfway through the cooking time.
Serve: Remove the lobster tails from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and
extra lemon wedges. Serve hot with additional melted butter if desired.
