Colas de Langosta con Mantequilla de Ajo y Crema 


Ingredientes:

4 colas de langosta

4 cucharadas de mantequilla, divididas

4 dientes de ajo, picados

½ taza de crema espesa

¼ taza de queso parmesano rallado

1 cucharada de jugo de limón

1 cucharada de perejil fresco picado

Sal y pimienta al gusto


Instrucciones:

Prepara las colas de langosta: Precalienta el horno a 425°F (220°C). Usa tijeras de 

cocina para hacer un corte longitudinal a lo largo de la parte superior de cada 

caparazón de langosta. Levanta con cuidado la carne y colócala sobre el 

caparazón.

Sazona: Espolvorea sal, pimienta y un poco de mantequilla derretida sobre cada 

cola.

Hornea: Coloca las colas en una bandeja para hornear y hornea en el horno 

durante 8 a 10 minutos, hasta que la langosta esté firme y opaca.

Prepara la salsa: En una sartén a fuego medio, derrite la mantequilla restante. 

Agrega el ajo y saltea hasta que esté aromático. Incorpora la nata espesa y el 

parmesano y deja que se cocine a fuego lento hasta que espese. Incorpora el jugo 

de limón y sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.

Termina y sirve: vierte la rica salsa de mantequilla y ajo sobre las colas de langosta 

cocidas y decora con perejil.
