Pizza de queso a la parrilla con pepperoni


Ingredientes:

8 rebanadas de pan (elige entre pan blanco, integral o italiano)

Mantequilla para untar

1 taza de queso mozzarella rallado

1/2 taza de queso parmesano rallado

1/2 taza de salsa para pizza

24 rebanadas de pepperoni

1/4 cucharadita de ajo en polvo

1/4 cucharadita de orégano seco

1/4 cucharadita de albahaca seca

Opcional: pizca de hojuelas de pimiento rojo


Instrucciones:

Calienta una sartén o plancha a fuego medio.

Unta generosamente con mantequilla un lado de cada rebanada de pan.

Dispón cuatro rebanadas, con el lado untado con mantequilla hacia abajo, sobre 

la superficie de trabajo.

Unta la salsa para pizza sobre estas rebanadas.

Distribuye uniformemente los quesos mozzarella y parmesano sobre la salsa.

Cubre cada rebanada con seis rebanadas de pepperoni.

Sazona con ajo en polvo, orégano, albahaca y hojuelas de pimiento rojo si te 

gusta un poco picante. Cubre los sándwiches con las rebanadas de pan 

restantes, con el lado untado con mantequilla hacia arriba.

Cocina los sándwiches en la sartén caliente durante unos 3 a 4 minutos de cada 

lado, hasta que el pan esté perfectamente dorado y el queso se haya derretido.

Retira los sándwiches del fuego y déjalos reposar un momento antes de 

cortarlos.

Sirve tu deliciosa pizza de pepperoni con queso a la parrilla caliente, 

opcionalmente con salsa de pizza adicional para mojar.
