Ingredientes:
1 libra de filete, cortado en rodajas finas
1 cucharadita de sal de ajo
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
1 pimiento verde, cortado en rodajas
1 cebolla, cortada en rodajas
8-10 rebanadas de queso americano blanco
Bolsa de 20 oz de papas fritas waffle de cocción rápida McCain
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Instrucciones:
Precaliente el horno: configure el horno a 425 °F (220 °C).
Cocine el filete: caliente una sartén apta para horno a fuego medio-alto. Agregue 1
cucharada de aceite de oliva. Una vez calentado, agregue el filete en rodajas finas
a la sartén. Sazone con sal de ajo y pimienta negra molida, revolviendo para cubrir
el filete de manera uniforme. Cocine el filete hasta que se dore por todos lados.
Retire el filete de la sartén y déjelo a un lado.
Prepare las verduras: reserve 1 cucharada del líquido de la sartén y deseche el
resto. Regrese la sartén al fuego y agregue el pimiento verde en rodajas y la
cebolla. Cocine en el líquido reservado hasta que las verduras estén tiernas pero el
pimiento verde todavía esté crocante. Retire las verduras y reserve.
Coloque las papas fritas y los aderezos en capas: retire la sartén del fuego.
Extienda una capa de papas fritas McCain Quick Cook Waffle Cut en la sartén.
Coloque 4 rebanadas de queso americano blanco sobre las papas fritas. Agregue
una capa de carne cocida y verduras sobre el queso. Repita estas capas,
terminando con las rebanadas de queso restantes encima.
Hornee: coloque la sartén apta para horno en el horno precalentado y hornee
durante 8 a 10 minutos, o hasta que el queso se derrita y burbujee.
