Receta fácil de bocaditos de guacamole con camarones

¡Estos bocaditos de guacamole con camarones son el aperitivo o refrigerio
perfecto para una fiesta! Son fáciles de hacer y siempre agradan a todos.


Ingredientes:

- 1 libra de camarones, pelados y desvenados

- 1/2 taza de guacamole

- 1/4 taza de cebolla roja picada

- 1/4 taza de cilantro picado

- 1/4 taza de jugo de lima

- 1/2 cucharadita de sal

- 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra

- 12 envoltorios de wonton

Instrucciones:

1. Precaliente el horno a 400 grados F (200 

grados C).

2. En un tazón mediano, combine los 

camarones, el guacamole, la cebolla roja, el 

cilantro, el jugo de lima, la sal y la pimienta. 

Revuelva hasta que esté bien mezclado.

3. Coloque un envoltorio de wonton en cada 

taza de un molde para muffins en miniatura. 

Presione los envoltorios de wonton en las tazas 

para formar un nido.

4. Rellena cada nido de wonton con la mezcla 

de guacamole y camarones.

5. Hornea durante 10-12 minutos, o hasta que 

los camarones estén bien cocidos y los 

envoltorios de wonton estén dorados.

6. ¡Sirve caliente y disfruta!

Consejos:

- Para un bocado más picante, agrega una pizca 

de pimienta de cayena a la mezcla de 

guacamole y camarones.

- Si no tienes envoltorios de wonton, puedes 

usar mini tortillas de harina en su lugar.

- También puedes preparar estos bocados con 

anticipación y recalentarlos en el horno antes 

de servir.
