Pasta pappardelle de champiñones caramelizados


La receta de salsa de limón para pescado en inglés:


Ingredientes:

- 1 limón (ralladura y jugo)

- 100 ml de nata espesa

- 50 g de mantequilla

- 1 chalota finamente picada

- 100 ml de vino blanco seco

- Sal y pimienta

- Perejil fresco picado (opcional)


Instrucciones:

1. Prepara el Limón:**

 - Rallar la ralladura de limón y exprimirla para extraer el jugo.

2. Derretir la mantequilla:**

 - En una cacerola, derrita la mantequilla a fuego medio.

3. Cocine la chalota:**

 - Añade la chalota finamente picada y sofríe hasta que esté transparente.

4. Desglasar con vino blanco:**

 - Echar el vino blanco en el cazo y dejar reducir a la mitad.

5. Agrega la Crema:**

 - Añade la nata espesa y mezcla bien. Déjalo hervir a fuego lento durante 2-3 minutos.

6. Agrega el limón:**

 - Agrega la ralladura y el jugo de limón. Mezclar bien y dejar cocer a fuego lento durante otros 2-3 minutos.

7. Temporada:**

 - Sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto.

8. Terminar:**

 - Opcionalmente, agregue perejil fresco picado para darle el toque final.

Tienes puesto:

Vierta esta salsa tibia de limón sobre el pescado cocido (a la plancha, a la plancha o al horno). Marida perfectamente con pescados blancos como el bacalao, el salmón o el lenguado.
