Garlic Parmesan Crusted Longhorn Chicken

ingredientes:

- 4 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas y sin piel

- 1 taza de queso parmesano rallado

- 1/2 taza de pan rallado

- 1/4 taza de mantequilla derretida

- 1 taza de provolone rallado

Adobo:

½ taza de aceite de oliva

½ taza de aderezo ranch embotellado

- 3 cucharadas de salsa inglesa

- 1 cucharadita de vinagre

- 1 cucharadita de jugo de limón

- 1 cucharada de ajo picado

- 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta

Rancho extendido:

¼ de taza de parmesano rallado

- ¼ de taza de aderezo ranch embotellado

- Cobertura de migas de parmesano:

½ taza de pan rallado panko

- 1 cucharadita de sal de ajo

- ⅓ taza de parmesano rallado

- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida

Instrucciones:

1. Marina el pollo combinando todos los ingredientes de la marinada y vertiéndolo sobre el pollo. Marinar en el frigorífico durante 2-3 horas o toda la noche.

2. Ase las pechugas de pollo marinadas durante 12 a 15 minutos o hasta que estén bien cocidas.

3. Prepare la pasta ranchera mezclando 1/4 taza de parmesano rallado y 1/4 taza de aderezo ranchero. Dejar de lado.

4. Prepare la cobertura de parmesano rallado mezclando pan rallado, sal de ajo, parmesano rallado y mantequilla derretida. Asegúrese de que las migas estén uniformemente humedecidas.

5. Transfiera el pollo asado a una cacerola apta para horno. Unte 2 cucharadas del rancho sobre cada pechuga de pollo, luego cubra con queso provolone rallado y queso parmesano rallado. Colóquelo debajo del asador hasta que el queso se derrita y la cobertura migaja adquiera un color marrón claro.

6. Sirva inmediatamente.
