Classic Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets with Herbs
Enjoy a hearty meal with tender steak bites and savory potatoes, infused with fresh herbs and garlic.Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp fresh thyme

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Aluminum foil
Instructions:
Prepare Packets:
Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil.
Season Ingredients:
In a bowl, toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Assemble Packets:
Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly onto the foil sheets. Top each with a few small pieces of butter. Fold up the sides of the foil to seal tightly.
Cook:
Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through if grilling, until potatoes are tender and steak reaches desired doneness.
Serve:
Carefully open packets and serve warm. Garnish with additional herbs if desired!
