Steak and Shrimp Stuffed Bread

You will need:


For the filling:

- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced

- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 2 tbsp olive oil

For the bread:

- 1 large baguette or loaf of Italian bread

- 2 tbsp butter, melted

- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Prepare the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak until browned. Remove steak. In the same skillet, cook shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until shrimp are pink and vegetables tender. Return steak to skillet, season with spices, and mix in cheeses until melted. Set aside.

2. Prepare the bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the bread, fill with steak and shrimp mixture. Place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and bubbly.

4. Serve: Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
