Pasta cremosa con pollo
Ingredientes:
2 pechugas de pollo
1,5 tazas de caldo de pollo
2 cucharadas de harina
0,5 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
2 cucharaditas de condimento italiano
1-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
3 cucharadas de mantequilla
3 dientes de ajo picados
1,25 tazas de leche en polvo mitad leche y mitad leche
0,5 cubito de caldo de pollo
1/3 taza de queso parmesano rallado
1/3 taza de queso romano rallado
0,5 lb de pasta de su elección
1 limón (opcional)
0,5 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo, sal de ajo, orégano, albahaca, mostaza en polvo y perejil (todo seco)
1/8 cucharadita de pimentón ahumado
Instrucciones:
Prepare el pollo sazonado: Combine la leche en polvo mitad leche y mitad leche, el
caldo de pollo, el ajo en polvo y todos los condimentos secos en un bol. Deje de
lado.
Sazone y dore el pollo: Corte las pechugas de pollo a lo largo por la mitad. Sazona
con sal, pimienta y condimento italiano, luego espolvorea con harina. En una
sartén, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio-alto y dora el pollo durante 3 a 4
minutos por lado hasta que esté dorado. Deja reposar durante 10 minutos y corta
en rodajas.
Cocina la pasta: En una olla grande con agua hirviendo con sal, cocina la pasta
hasta que esté al dente; reserva 1 taza del agua de la pasta. Escurre.
Prepara la salsa cremosa: En la sartén, desglasa con el caldo de pollo, agrega la
mantequilla y el ajo, cocina durante 1 minuto. Incorpora la harina y revuelve
durante 2 minutos más.
Mezcla y cocina a fuego lento: Agrega lentamente la mezcla de mitad y mitad
preparada, revolviendo constantemente. Agrega el cubo de caldo. Cocina a fuego
lento hasta que espese.
Combina el pollo y el queso: Regresa el pollo a la sartén, agrega los quesos
parmesano y romano y revuelve hasta que se derrita y quede cremoso.
Mezcla la pasta y la salsa: Mezcla la pasta con la salsa, agregando jugo de limón
si usas.
Sirve: Decora con parmesano o perejil adicional. Sirve caliente.
