Pasta cremosa con pollo a la italiana
Ingredientes:
Pollo:
5 chuletas de pechuga de pollo deshuesadas y sin piel
1/2 taza de harina común
1 cucharadita de sal
1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
2 cucharaditas de condimento italiano
2 cucharadas de aceite
Pasta:
12 oz de fideos espagueti
Salsa:
4 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 cebolla picada
4 cucharaditas de ajo picado
2 tomates pequeños cortados en cubitos
1 cucharada de harina común
1 taza de crema espesa
1/2 taza de queso parmesano rallado
1 cucharadita de condimento italiano
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/4 cucharadita de hojuelas de pimiento rojo
Instrucciones:
Prepara el pollo:
Combina la harina, la sal, la pimienta, el ajo en polvo y el condimento italiano en un
plato poco profundo.
Cubre bien cada chuleta de pollo con la mezcla de harina.
Calienta el aceite en una sartén grande a fuego medio. Cocine el pollo durante 6 a
7 minutos de cada lado hasta que esté dorado y bien cocido. Retire y reserve.
Cocine la pasta:
Ponga a hervir una olla grande con agua salada. Cocine los espaguetis hasta que
estén al dente. Escurra.
Prepare la salsa:
En la misma sartén, derrita la mantequilla. Saltee la cebolla hasta que esté blanda,
luego agregue el ajo durante un minuto.
Mezcle los tomates, cocine durante 2 minutos, luego espolvoree con harina y
mezcle.
Agregue gradualmente la crema espesa, revolviendo constantemente hasta que la
salsa espese.
Agregue el queso parmesano, el condimento italiano, la sal y las hojuelas de
pimiento rojo. Cocine hasta que la salsa esté cremosa.
Combine y sirva:
Corte el pollo en tiras y regréselo a la sartén con la salsa para cubrirlo.
Agregue la pasta, revolviendo hasta que esté bien cubierta con la salsa.
Sirva caliente, cubierto con parmesano adicional si lo desea.
