- Chicken thighs, sesame, roasted peanuts, herbs, chili
* How to make
1. Clean the chicken thighs, pour boiling water to tighten the chicken skin. Then,
drain the chicken, marinate with chicken steaming powder and 1 tablespoon of
cooking oil for 1 hour
2. Then, steam the chicken for 20 minutes from when the water boils
3. After steaming the chicken thighs, let cool, shred
4. Add roasted peanuts, sesame, chili, herbs, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1
tablespoon of chicken steaming water, mix well and you're done
