Ingredientes :


1 paquete de mezcla para galletas Cheddar Bay

1 cucharadita de ajo

1 cucharadita de condimento italiano


Cangrejo:

1 libra de carne de cangrejo en trozos, asegúrese de que esté completamente cocida

¼ cucharadita de pimentón

½ cucharadita de cebolla en polvo

½ + taza de mayonesa

1 cucharada de mostaza

½ manga de galletas Ritz, trituradas

1 taza de parmesano rallado

Prepare la mezcla para galletas según las instrucciones del paquete y reserve.

Precaliente el horno a 375*, rocíe dos moldes para muffins con spray antiadherente.

En un tazón, combine la carne de cangrejo, el pimentón, la cebolla en polvo, la mostaza, la mayonesa y las galletas trituradas.

Revuelve para combinar bien y agrega un poco más de mayonesa si es necesario.

Con una cuchara, coloca en tu mano un poco de mezcla de galleta espolvoreada con harina, formando una taza tipo galleta.

Toma una cucharada de la mezcla de cangrejo y colócala en el bol que forma parte de la galleta.

Cubre la galleta con un poco más de masa para galletas.

Continuar hasta haber utilizado toda la masa.

Coloque cada galleta en una bandeja para muffins.

Hornee de 12 a 15 minutos

Unte con una mezcla de mantequilla derretida y 1 cucharadita de jugo de limón.
