Ultimate Lobster & Shrimp Mac and Cheese
12 oz elbow macaroni
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 cup cooked lobster meat (chunks)
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Optional: Hawaiian rolls or brioche for serving
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. This is the perfect base for cheesy goodness and a classic comfort food favorite.
In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil, then cook shrimp until pink and just done (2–3 mins). Add lobster meat to warm through. Set aside. This combo brings seafood magic and luxurious flavor bombs.
In the same pot, whisk flour into melted butter over medium heat to form a roux. Slowly add milk and cream, stirring constantly until thickened. Add in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until melty. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. This is the cheesiest creamy sauce ever and the soul of this mac attack.
Fold pasta and seafood into the cheese sauce, then pour into a baking dish. Top with extra cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. This makes it ultra gooey and totally drool-worthy.
Spoon onto plates, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with warm dinner rolls for the ultimate comfort meal win.
